All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images (animated or not), videos, sounds, as well as any software applications that may be used to operate this site—and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the site—are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They are the full and exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including software applications, without prior written authorization from the publisher, is strictly prohibited.
The fact that the publisher does not immediately initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of unauthorized use shall not be interpreted as acceptance of said use or a waiver of legal action.

Article 4 – Site Management

To ensure proper management of the site, the publisher may at any time:
– suspend, interrupt, or limit access to all or part of the site, or reserve access to certain parts of the site for a specific category of users;

The publisher cannot be held responsible in case of malfunction, breakdown, difficulty, or service interruption that prevents access to the site or any of its features.
The equipment you use to connect to the site is your full responsibility. You must take appropriate measures to protect your equipment and your data, particularly from internet-based virus attacks. You are solely responsible for the websites and data you consult.
The publisher cannot be held liable in the event of legal action brought against you:

– due to your failure to comply with these general terms.
The publisher shall not be held liable for any damage caused to you, third parties, and/or your equipment as a result of your connection to or use of the site, and you waive any claims against the publisher in this regard.
If the publisher becomes involved in an amicable or legal proceeding as a result of your use of the site, it may seek compensation from you for all damages, costs, penalties, and fees resulting from such proceedings.

Article 6 – Hyperlinks

Creating hyperlinks to all or part of the site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the publisher, which must be requested by email at: secretariat@emc.nc.
The publisher is free to refuse such authorization without having to justify its decision. If the publisher grants authorization, it will in all cases be temporary and may be withdrawn at any time without justification.
In any case, all links must be removed upon simple request from the publisher.
Any information accessible via a link to other sites is not under the publisher’s control, who disclaims all responsibility for their content.

Article 7 – Data Collection

Personal data collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage its relationship with you and, where applicable, to process your orders.
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access, query, modify, and delete your personal data, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the publisher via the “Contact” section of the site or by email at secretariat@emc.nc.
For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent requests, such requests must include proof of identity. This proof will be destroyed after the request is processed.
Collected data may be shared with third-party service providers contractually bound to the publisher for the execution of subcontracted tasks essential to managing your account, without requiring your prior consent. In the event of proven legal violations, these data may be disclosed upon formal and justified request from the judicial authorities.
Where certain information is mandatory to access specific site features, this requirement will be indicated at the time of data entry.
If, while browsing the site, you access personal data, you must refrain from any collection, unauthorized use, or action that may infringe on privacy or the reputation of individuals. The publisher declines all responsibility in this regard.

Product photographs and accompanying descriptions are not contractual and do not bind the publisher.
